Dean Martin’s daughter Deana drops into Abbotsford’s Bistecca for some Italian pizza
She’s Hollywood royalty but Deana Martin was happy to rub shoulders with fellow Abbotsford diners when she and her husband dropped into Bistecca.
LOCALS at Abbotsford were stunned to find showbiz royalty dining alongside them on Tuesday night at the family friendly Italian restaurant Bistecca.
Deana Martin, daughter of singing legend Dean Martin, stopped by with her entourage for a top-class pizza after a whirlwind day of media appearances in Sydney.

Onlookers said Ms Martin, whose famously Italian family know a thing or two about pizzas and pasta, was mightily impressed with the wood-fired pizzas at the Great North Road trattoria.
Ms Martin, a singer herself, is touring Sydney. Her promoter Enza Ortuso said Ms Martin was so impressed she complimented pizza chef Frank Angilletta, signed the menu and then took photos with staff.
“She especially loved the crust of her pizza, as well as the unique decor and atmosphere of the restaurant.”
The group included Ms Martin’s American managing director Rick Krive, Deana’s husband John Griffeth and Abstract Entertainment promoters Enza and Roy Ortuso.
