One of the many stars dotting the cast of the hit Paramount Network series “Yellowstone” is actress Kelsey Asbille.
On “Yellowstone,” Kelsey Asbille plays Monica Dutton and is terrific in her role, giving Monica plenty of depth. Monica is the wife of Kayce Dutton and the mother of Tate Dutton. She embraces both of these roles and loves her family to the fullest as we have a few times.
Monica is also extremely proud of her Native American heritage and she spends time with the Broken Rock Tribe. Asbille will reprise her role as Monica Dutton for the upcoming fourth season of “Yellowstone,” which will debut this Sunday. Monica has become a favorite among the show’s many fans for her fierce demeanor and willingness to protect her family and her people. More than a few “Yellowstone” fans would like to Monica get more screen this season — and they might just get their wish.
Away from the “Yellowstone” set, Kelsey Asbille is a busy woman with her irons in several 𝕗𝕚𝕣𝕖𝕤. In addition to her rising Hollywood star, she has studied human rights at Columbia University. She has also taken on some really big roles as of late, including the latest installment of “Fargo” that came out last year. In a 2020 interview with Cosmopolitan, the young actress talks about the difficulties that the 𝕡𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕞𝕚𝕔 has given her and practically everyone. She calls herself the “world’s 𝕎𝕠𝕣𝕤𝕥 cook,” but notes improvements came with practice and patience.
“This whole thing does give you a chance to be more experimental with clothing and to experiment in general,” she says. “I’ve been rearranging furniture, trying new dance workout classes on Instagram Live with friends…and I’m literally the world’s 𝕎𝕠𝕣𝕤𝕥 cook, but I’m trying to get better and I think it may be working.”

While she may or may not be the actual 𝕎𝕠𝕣𝕤𝕥 cook in the world, we do know that Kelsey Asbille is a talented actress. Her fantastic work as Monica Dutton on “Yellowstone” has led fans of the show to call for more of her.
One sign that we may get more Monica Dutton is the trailers released for the fourth season. Asbille’s character is featured prominently in a few of the trailers. She’s also appeared in several promotions for the new season, including this recent “Yellowstone” social media post.
“Two more weeks,” the Instagram post from a week ago states. “Let’s go to work.”
The eerie video shows Monica in black and white with the words “I told you this place was 𝕖𝕧𝕚𝕝” above her head.
